Pile Foundation
Bored Cast-in-Situ Piling Specialists
Jalmala Boring Works provides Pile Foundation and Deep Foundation Solutions using Bored Cast-in-Situ Piles for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. With advanced Hydraulic Rotary Rigs, we construct piles from 300 mm to 1800 mm diameter and depths of up to 50 metres, delivering reliable load-bearing capacity across soft soil, hard rock, and high groundwater conditions.

Our Piling Methods
We deploy six proven techniques — selected based on soil profile, site constraints, and project requirements.

We specialize in bored piling with diameters ranging from 200 mm to 2000 mm and depths up to 50 meters. Using advanced hydraulic rotary rigs, we execute piling operations efficiently across a wide range of soil conditions. Our fleet includes high-performance rotary drilling rigs capable of working in restricted headroom areas while delivering precision, stability, and high productivity.

Secant pile walls are constructed by intersecting reinforced concrete piles to form a continuous retaining structure. Primary piles are installed first, followed by reinforced secondary piles after sufficient curing. This technique provides excellent groundwater control and soil retention, making it ideal for deep excavations, basements, and foundation support in challenging ground conditions.

The Manual Auger Method is a reliable piling technique suitable for locations with restricted access or where low noise and vibration are essential. A tripod and manual winch system are used to drill boreholes using a helical auger. This method is commonly employed for pile diameters ranging from 250 mm to 1000 mm and offers an economical solution for smaller foundation projects.

Our Truck Mounted Rotary (TMR) rigs utilize continuous bentonite slurry circulation to stabilize boreholes during drilling. Auger drilling is performed to the required depth while bentonite slurry supports the excavation and carries excavated soil back to a recycling tank. This method ensures bore stability, efficient spoil removal, and high productivity, particularly in loose or soft soil strata.

The DMC Pile Method employs Mendola-type rigs combined with bentonite drilling fluid for safe and efficient pile construction. Surface soil is loosened using a bailer before drilling continues with a percussion chisel. Bentonite slurry stabilizes the bore while transporting excavated material to settling pits. Once the desired depth is achieved, the drilling tools are removed and the final depth is verified before reinforcement and concreting.

This method utilizes tractor-mounted rotary drilling rigs for fast and economical pile boring. Auger drilling is carried out to the required depth, with DMC rods added progressively to achieve deeper penetration through varying soil strata. It is particularly suitable for medium-depth foundation works and offers drilling capacities of up to 16 meters with excellent operational efficiency.

Deep Foundation Contractor in Bangalore – Built for Laterite Soil & Rock Strata
Deep foundation work in Bangalore is unlike any other Indian city. The ground is a mix of laterite soil, weathered granite, and shallow rock in many areas — and the water table rises sharply in low-lying valleys like Bellandur and Sarjapur Road. This makes deep foundation projects in Bangalore a balance between soft-soil piling and rock-socketed pile execution. If you are looking for a deep foundation contractor in Bangalore, you need a team that has worked in these mixed-strata conditions — not a team that treats Bangalore like any other city. Jalmala Boring Works brings 60+ years of experience and ISO 9001:2015 certified processes to every deep foundation project in Bangalore we take on.
Why Bangalore Needs Specialized Deep Foundation Expertise
Bangalore's soil profile is not uniform. Ridge areas like Jayanagar and parts of Whitefield hit weathered granite or rock at shallow depth, while low-lying valleys — Bellandur, Sarjapur Road, and parts of Electronic City — have soft soil and a high water table. Laterite soil across the city is prone to erosion and requires casing and bentonite management during boring. And Bangalore is in seismic zone II, which means design must account for moderate lateral loads. A deep foundation contractor in Bangalore who has not worked in these mixed conditions will either over-design and waste money, or under-design and put the structure at risk.
Our Deep Foundation Services in Bangalore
As a specialist deep foundation contractor in Bangalore, we deliver four interconnected deep foundation disciplines. Our deep foundation services cover pile foundation, rock-socketed piles, and rock anchoring for high-rise, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. Our pile foundation work supports building and industrial structures across Bangalore. Our diaphragm wall construction is trusted for deep basements and metro corridors. And our ground anchoring systems provide lateral support for slopes, shoring, and excavation support in laterite soil conditions.
Serving Whitefield, Electronic City, Sarjapur Road & All of Bangalore
We serve the entire Bangalore region — including deep foundation projects in Whitefield, Electronic City, Sarjapur Road, HSR Layout, Marathahalli, Devanahalli, Hebbal, Yelahanka, Jayanagar, Koramangala, and Indiranagar. Our rigs and teams mobilize quickly across the city, and we coordinate with local consultants and site engineers to keep the programme on track. Whether your project is a high-rise tower along Sarjapur Road, a commercial complex in Whitefield, an industrial facility near Devanahalli, or infrastructure work in Electronic City, our deep foundation contractor team in Bangalore is ready to mobilize.
We also work extensively outside Bangalore — our headquarters is in Ahmedabad, and we have active operations across 20+ Indian states. This gives clients in Bangalore a partner who can scale with them across multiple sites. When project owners compare deep foundation contractors in Bangalore, they look for a team that combines local project experience with national execution capability. That is what Jalmala Boring Works delivers.
Safety, Quality, and On-Time Delivery
Bangalore's laterite soil and high water table in valleys demand disciplined bentonite management and trained site teams. Our deep foundation projects in Bangalore follow the same ISO 9001:2015 certified processes we use everywhere — third-party inspections, documented safety protocols, and a zero trench collapse record. When you hire Jalmala Boring Works as your deep foundation contractor in Bangalore, you gain a partner who treats your timeline and your safety standards as commitments, not targets.
