Pile Foundation
Bored Cast-in-Situ Piling Specialists
Jalmala Boring Works provides Pile Foundation and Deep Foundation Solutions using Bored Cast-in-Situ Piles for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. With advanced Hydraulic Rotary Rigs, we construct piles from 300 mm to 1800 mm diameter and depths of up to 50 metres, delivering reliable load-bearing capacity across soft soil, hard rock, and high groundwater conditions.

Our Piling Methods
We deploy six proven techniques — selected based on soil profile, site constraints, and project requirements.

We specialize in bored piling with diameters ranging from 200 mm to 2000 mm and depths up to 50 meters. Using advanced hydraulic rotary rigs, we execute piling operations efficiently across a wide range of soil conditions. Our fleet includes high-performance rotary drilling rigs capable of working in restricted headroom areas while delivering precision, stability, and high productivity.

Secant pile walls are constructed by intersecting reinforced concrete piles to form a continuous retaining structure. Primary piles are installed first, followed by reinforced secondary piles after sufficient curing. This technique provides excellent groundwater control and soil retention, making it ideal for deep excavations, basements, and foundation support in challenging ground conditions.

The Manual Auger Method is a reliable piling technique suitable for locations with restricted access or where low noise and vibration are essential. A tripod and manual winch system are used to drill boreholes using a helical auger. This method is commonly employed for pile diameters ranging from 250 mm to 1000 mm and offers an economical solution for smaller foundation projects.

Our Truck Mounted Rotary (TMR) rigs utilize continuous bentonite slurry circulation to stabilize boreholes during drilling. Auger drilling is performed to the required depth while bentonite slurry supports the excavation and carries excavated soil back to a recycling tank. This method ensures bore stability, efficient spoil removal, and high productivity, particularly in loose or soft soil strata.

The DMC Pile Method employs Mendola-type rigs combined with bentonite drilling fluid for safe and efficient pile construction. Surface soil is loosened using a bailer before drilling continues with a percussion chisel. Bentonite slurry stabilizes the bore while transporting excavated material to settling pits. Once the desired depth is achieved, the drilling tools are removed and the final depth is verified before reinforcement and concreting.

This method utilizes tractor-mounted rotary drilling rigs for fast and economical pile boring. Auger drilling is carried out to the required depth, with DMC rods added progressively to achieve deeper penetration through varying soil strata. It is particularly suitable for medium-depth foundation works and offers drilling capacities of up to 16 meters with excellent operational efficiency.

Pile Foundation Company Gujarat – EPC Vendor Registration & Tender Pre-Qualification
This page is for procurement managers, EPC contractors, and industrial developers evaluating pile foundation companies in Gujarat for vendor registration, tender pre-qualification, or subcontract arrangements. It is not a marketing page — it is a functional overview of what Jalmala Boring Works can provide as a B2B subcontractor, with the documentation, equipment capability, quality systems, and safety records that procurement teams need to make a vendor selection decision.
Pre-Qualification Documentation Pack
On request, Jalmala Boring Works provides a complete vendor pre-qualification pack, typically delivered within 2 business days. The pack includes: ISO 9001:2015 certificate with scope of certification and current audit reports; Quality Management System manual covering inspection and test plans (ITPs) for pile foundation and diaphragm wall work; Safety Management System documentation including zero trench collapse record, safe work procedures, and third-party safety audit reports; Equipment capability statement with SANY rig specifications, ancillary equipment list, and mobilization logistics; Project reference list with 10–15 completed Gujarat projects and client contacts for reference checks; Financial statements (audited for the last 3 years); Statutory compliance documents (GST, PAN, PF, ESI, labor license, insurance policies); and Standard subcontract terms for review.
Equipment Capability for Industrial-Scale Projects
For large industrial, infrastructure, and multi-site projects, equipment capability is a decisive criterion. Jalmala Boring Works operates a fleet of SANY hydraulic piling rigs for Gujarat industrial projects capable of pile diameters from 450 mm to 1,500 mm and depths up to 40 meters. Ancillary equipment includes chiselling rigs for hard rock (Saurashtra basalt, Kutch hard strata), bentonite slurry plants with automated density and viscosity monitoring, pile testing equipment for IS 2911 Part 4 load tests, and concrete batching support arrangements. Equipment specification sheets with rig capacities, transport dimensions, and setup requirements are available for procurement review. For multi-site industrial frameworks (e.g., a developer with simultaneous projects in Dahej, Hazira, and Mundra), we can commit multiple rigs to be deployed across sites according to your schedule.
Quality Management System — What You Can Audit
Jalmala Boring Works operates under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system for pile foundation contracting that aligns with typical EPC contractor QMS frameworks. Every project operates under a documented Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) with hold points for procurement and contractor QC teams to witness. Quality records include bentonite slurry test records (density, viscosity, sand content, pH at every shift), pile installation logs (boring depth, cage lowering, concreting, casing extraction), concrete cube test results, and pile integrity testing reports. Load test reports per IS 2911 Part 4 include load-displacement curves and acceptance criteria documentation. Where your QMS requires additional documentation or format changes, we adapt our standard documentation to match — this is standard practice in our B2B subcontracting work.
Safety Management System
Industrial procurement teams often require detailed safety documentation beyond a "zero incidents" claim. Jalmala Boring Works provides: documented safe work procedures for piling operations (boring, cage lowering, concreting, casing extraction); site-specific risk assessments prepared before mobilization; trained and certified operators (rig operators, crane operators, slingers); documented bentonite management protocols that have delivered a zero trench collapse record across 20+ Indian states; and third-party safety audit reports available for review. For high-risk industrial sites (chemical, pharmaceutical, oil and gas), we adapt our safety management system to align with client site-specific requirements, including permit-to-work systems, gas testing protocols, and emergency response procedures.
Standard Subcontracting Terms
Standard subcontracting terms for pile foundation work in Gujarat are available for review during pre-qualification. Key terms include: per-cubic-meter or per-pile pricing with GST; milestone-based payment (typically 30/40/20/10 with retention); 12-month defect liability period on workmanship; performance bank guarantee or retention commensurate with project scale; and standard insurance requirements (workmen compensation, third-party liability, and contractor all-risk). For long-term framework contracts with repeat procurement clients, we negotiate flexible terms that include rate validity periods of 12–24 months and priority equipment allocation.
Industries We Serve as a Subcontractor
Jalmala Boring Works serves industrial procurement teams across Gujarat's major sectors: chemicals and petrochemicals (Dahej PCPIR, Ankleshwar, Vapi), pharmaceuticals (Sanand, Ahmedabad), oil and gas (Hazira LNG), ports and logistics (Mundra, Kandla, Hazira), power (thermal and renewable projects), and manufacturing (auto and engineering in Sanand, Vithalapur belt). We also subcontract to general contractors for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, and Rajkot. This cross-sector experience means we understand the procurement documentation, quality expectations, and safety standards of each sector.
