Pile Foundation
Bored Cast-in-Situ Piling Specialists
Jalmala Boring Works provides Pile Foundation and Deep Foundation Solutions using Bored Cast-in-Situ Piles for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. With advanced Hydraulic Rotary Rigs, we construct piles from 300 mm to 1800 mm diameter and depths of up to 50 metres, delivering reliable load-bearing capacity across soft soil, hard rock, and high groundwater conditions.

Our Piling Methods
We deploy six proven techniques — selected based on soil profile, site constraints, and project requirements.

We specialize in bored piling with diameters ranging from 200 mm to 2000 mm and depths up to 50 meters. Using advanced hydraulic rotary rigs, we execute piling operations efficiently across a wide range of soil conditions. Our fleet includes high-performance rotary drilling rigs capable of working in restricted headroom areas while delivering precision, stability, and high productivity.

Secant pile walls are constructed by intersecting reinforced concrete piles to form a continuous retaining structure. Primary piles are installed first, followed by reinforced secondary piles after sufficient curing. This technique provides excellent groundwater control and soil retention, making it ideal for deep excavations, basements, and foundation support in challenging ground conditions.

The Manual Auger Method is a reliable piling technique suitable for locations with restricted access or where low noise and vibration are essential. A tripod and manual winch system are used to drill boreholes using a helical auger. This method is commonly employed for pile diameters ranging from 250 mm to 1000 mm and offers an economical solution for smaller foundation projects.

Our Truck Mounted Rotary (TMR) rigs utilize continuous bentonite slurry circulation to stabilize boreholes during drilling. Auger drilling is performed to the required depth while bentonite slurry supports the excavation and carries excavated soil back to a recycling tank. This method ensures bore stability, efficient spoil removal, and high productivity, particularly in loose or soft soil strata.

The DMC Pile Method employs Mendola-type rigs combined with bentonite drilling fluid for safe and efficient pile construction. Surface soil is loosened using a bailer before drilling continues with a percussion chisel. Bentonite slurry stabilizes the bore while transporting excavated material to settling pits. Once the desired depth is achieved, the drilling tools are removed and the final depth is verified before reinforcement and concreting.

This method utilizes tractor-mounted rotary drilling rigs for fast and economical pile boring. Auger drilling is carried out to the required depth, with DMC rods added progressively to achieve deeper penetration through varying soil strata. It is particularly suitable for medium-depth foundation works and offers drilling capacities of up to 16 meters with excellent operational efficiency.

Pile Foundation Contractor in Delhi NCR – Built for Alluvial Soil & Yamuna Belt Conditions
Pile foundation work in Delhi NCR comes with its own set of challenges. The region sits on deep alluvial soil, with Yamuna floodplain deposits in many areas and a high water table that makes borehole stability a serious consideration. Add seismic zone IV requirements, and it becomes clear why choosing the right pile foundation contractor in Delhi matters so much. Jalmala Boring Works brings 60+ years of piling experience and ISO 9001:2015 certified processes to every pile foundation project in Delhi NCR we take on.
Why Delhi NCR Needs Specialized Pile Foundation Expertise
Delhi NCR's soil is not uniform. The Yamuna floodplain — covering areas of East Delhi, Noida, and parts of Faridabad — has loose alluvial deposits with a high water table. Dwarka and Rohini have their own alluvial strata. Southern Delhi and parts of Gurugram have harder strata with different bearing characteristics. And because Delhi is in seismic zone IV, all pile foundations must be designed to resist significant lateral seismic forces as per IS 1893 and IS 2911. A pile foundation contractor in Delhi NCR who has not worked in these conditions will either over-design and waste money, or under-design and put the structure at risk.
Our Pile Foundation Services in Delhi NCR
As a specialist pile foundation contractor in Delhi, we deliver three interconnected deep foundation disciplines. Our pile foundation services use SANY hydraulic piling rigs for high-rise, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects across Delhi and NCR. Our diaphragm wall construction is trusted for deep basements, metro corridors, and high-water-table retaining structures. And our ground anchoring systems provide lateral support for slopes, shoring, and excavation support in alluvial soil conditions.
Serving Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad & Faridabad
We serve the entire Delhi NCR region — including pile foundation projects in Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Dwarka, Rohini, and Saket. Our rigs and teams mobilize quickly across the region, and we coordinate with local consultants and site engineers to keep the programme on track. Whether your project is a high-rise tower in Gurugram, a commercial complex in Noida, an industrial facility in Ghaziabad, or infrastructure work in Faridabad, our pile foundation contractor team in Delhi NCR is ready to mobilize.
We also work extensively outside Delhi NCR — our headquarters is in Ahmedabad, and we have active operations across 20+ Indian states. This gives clients in Delhi NCR a partner who can scale with them across multiple sites. When project owners compare pile foundation contractors in Delhi NCR, they look for a team that combines local project experience with national execution capability. That is what Jalmala Boring Works delivers.
Safety, Quality, and On-Time Delivery
Delhi NCR's alluvial soil and high water table demand disciplined bentonite management and trained site teams. Our pile foundation projects in Delhi NCR follow the same ISO 9001:2015 certified processes we use everywhere — third-party inspections, documented safety protocols, and a zero trench collapse record. When you hire Jalmala Boring Works as your pile foundation contractor in Delhi NCR, you gain a partner who treats your timeline and your safety standards as commitments, not targets.
