Pile Foundation
Bored Cast-in-Situ Piling Specialists
Jalmala Boring Works provides Pile Foundation and Deep Foundation Solutions using Bored Cast-in-Situ Piles for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. With advanced Hydraulic Rotary Rigs, we construct piles from 300 mm to 1800 mm diameter and depths of up to 50 metres, delivering reliable load-bearing capacity across soft soil, hard rock, and high groundwater conditions.

Our Piling Methods
We deploy six proven techniques — selected based on soil profile, site constraints, and project requirements.

We specialize in bored piling with diameters ranging from 200 mm to 2000 mm and depths up to 50 meters. Using advanced hydraulic rotary rigs, we execute piling operations efficiently across a wide range of soil conditions. Our fleet includes high-performance rotary drilling rigs capable of working in restricted headroom areas while delivering precision, stability, and high productivity.

Secant pile walls are constructed by intersecting reinforced concrete piles to form a continuous retaining structure. Primary piles are installed first, followed by reinforced secondary piles after sufficient curing. This technique provides excellent groundwater control and soil retention, making it ideal for deep excavations, basements, and foundation support in challenging ground conditions.

The Manual Auger Method is a reliable piling technique suitable for locations with restricted access or where low noise and vibration are essential. A tripod and manual winch system are used to drill boreholes using a helical auger. This method is commonly employed for pile diameters ranging from 250 mm to 1000 mm and offers an economical solution for smaller foundation projects.

Our Truck Mounted Rotary (TMR) rigs utilize continuous bentonite slurry circulation to stabilize boreholes during drilling. Auger drilling is performed to the required depth while bentonite slurry supports the excavation and carries excavated soil back to a recycling tank. This method ensures bore stability, efficient spoil removal, and high productivity, particularly in loose or soft soil strata.

The DMC Pile Method employs Mendola-type rigs combined with bentonite drilling fluid for safe and efficient pile construction. Surface soil is loosened using a bailer before drilling continues with a percussion chisel. Bentonite slurry stabilizes the bore while transporting excavated material to settling pits. Once the desired depth is achieved, the drilling tools are removed and the final depth is verified before reinforcement and concreting.

This method utilizes tractor-mounted rotary drilling rigs for fast and economical pile boring. Auger drilling is carried out to the required depth, with DMC rods added progressively to achieve deeper penetration through varying soil strata. It is particularly suitable for medium-depth foundation works and offers drilling capacities of up to 16 meters with excellent operational efficiency.

Pile Foundation Services in Vapi – Vapi GIDC, Coastal & Cross-Border Corridor Expertise
Vapi is not just another Gujarat industrial town. It is Asia's largest chemical industrial estate (1,140+ units in Vapi GIDC), sitting on the Gujarat-Maharashtra-DNH-Daman border, with the Arabian Sea only ~10 km away and the Damanganga river running through the city. Add Vapi's inclusion in the CPCB's "critically polluted areas" list — a regulatory overlay that shapes every new construction project — and you have a piling market with its own unique characteristics. If you are looking for pile foundation services in Vapi, you need a contractor who understands this combination: chemical estate piling, coastal and river influence, cross-border governance, and CPCB compliance. Jalmala Boring Works brings 60+ years of deep foundation expertise to every Vapi pile foundation project we take on.
Vapi GIDC – Asia's Largest Chemical Estate
Vapi GIDC hosts over 1,140 industrial units — the largest single-site concentration of chemical manufacturing in Asia. The estate spans chemicals (dyes, intermediates, APIs), textiles (processing, dyeing, printing), paper, pharmaceuticals, and specialty chemicals. For piling, this creates two distinct demands. Chemical plant piling requires sulfate-resisting cement, chloride-protected reinforcement, enhanced cover (75-100 mm), and often epoxy-coated rebar per IS 456 exposure classification — similar to Ankleshwar and Dahej, but with the additional complication of coastal water table. Textile and paper plant piling has different requirements — higher load capacities for heavy machinery, but often less aggressive soil conditions than chemical plants. Our Vapi GIDC piling services handle both — calibrated per plant type, not treated as generic industrial piling.
Coastal & Damanganga River Influence
Unlike inland Bharuch or Ankleshwar, Vapi has two water-related piling challenges. First, the Arabian Sea is only ~10 km from Vapi — close enough that coastal aquifer intrusion raises groundwater chlorides in many parts of the city and creates higher water tables (1-3 meters higher than inland equivalents). This requires chloride-resistant concrete even on non-chemical sites, and careful water table management during monsoon piling. Second, the Damanganga river flows through Vapi to the sea, creating a river floodplain dynamic that overlays the coastal influence. Piling within 500 meters of the Damanganga requires seasonal water table design (4-5 meter variation between dry and monsoon), robust casing during monsoon, and often deeper embedment to reach competent strata. Our coastal and river-adjacent piling in Vapi includes water table monitoring, chloride testing, and seasonal design.
CPCB Critically Polluted Area – Regulatory Overlay
Vapi is on the Central Pollution Control Board's "critically polluted areas" list — a classification that adds specific requirements to every new construction project in the estate. For piling work in Vapi, this means: stricter environmental clearance conditions; contaminated soil disposal following TSDF protocols (similar to Ankleshwar); construction-phase environmental monitoring where specified; remediation commitments often required as part of environmental clearance; and more rigorous coordination with Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB). Contractors unfamiliar with CPCB critically polluted area requirements face 4-8 week delays in approvals. Our team has executed multiple Vapi GIDC projects under these conditions and provides the documentation and coordination required.
Cross-Border Industrial Corridor – Silvassa, Daman, Umbergaon, Sarigam
Vapi sits at the center of a four-jurisdiction industrial cluster: Gujarat (Vapi, Valsad, Umbergaon, Sarigam), Dadra & Nagar Haveli (Silvassa), Daman (union territory), and Maharashtra border areas. Each has different permit processes — Gujarat GIDC/NAA, DNH administration, Daman Municipal Council — and different contractor registration requirements. Most piling contractors operate in only one jurisdiction. Our cross-border industrial piling services cover the entire corridor, mobilized as a single contractor relationship. Whether your project is in Vapi GIDC, Silvassa, Daman, Umbergaon, or Sarigam, you have one team, one quality standard, and one handover protocol — no need to manage multiple contractors across jurisdictions.
Serving Vapi, Valsad, Silvassa, Daman, Umbergaon & Sarigam
We serve the entire Vapi-Silvassa-Daman corridor — including pile foundation projects in Vapi GIDC, Valsad, Umbergaon, Sarigam, Silvassa (DNH), Daman, and surrounding border industrial areas. Our site visit commitment is 24-48 hours across all locations, with rig mobilization typically 10-15 working days from contract award. For cross-border projects (Silvassa, Daman), mobilization adds 2-4 days for inter-state transport permits and check-post procedures. Whether your project is a chemical plant expansion in Vapi GIDC, a textile processing unit in Sarigam, a warehouse in Silvassa, or a commercial building in Daman, our cross-border piling contractor team is ready to mobilize.
