Pile Foundation
Bored Cast-in-Situ Piling Specialists
Jalmala Boring Works provides Pile Foundation and Deep Foundation Solutions using Bored Cast-in-Situ Piles for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. With advanced Hydraulic Rotary Rigs, we construct piles from 300 mm to 1800 mm diameter and depths of up to 50 metres, delivering reliable load-bearing capacity across soft soil, hard rock, and high groundwater conditions.

Our Piling Methods
We deploy six proven techniques — selected based on soil profile, site constraints, and project requirements.

We specialize in bored piling with diameters ranging from 200 mm to 2000 mm and depths up to 50 meters. Using advanced hydraulic rotary rigs, we execute piling operations efficiently across a wide range of soil conditions. Our fleet includes high-performance rotary drilling rigs capable of working in restricted headroom areas while delivering precision, stability, and high productivity.

Secant pile walls are constructed by intersecting reinforced concrete piles to form a continuous retaining structure. Primary piles are installed first, followed by reinforced secondary piles after sufficient curing. This technique provides excellent groundwater control and soil retention, making it ideal for deep excavations, basements, and foundation support in challenging ground conditions.

The Manual Auger Method is a reliable piling technique suitable for locations with restricted access or where low noise and vibration are essential. A tripod and manual winch system are used to drill boreholes using a helical auger. This method is commonly employed for pile diameters ranging from 250 mm to 1000 mm and offers an economical solution for smaller foundation projects.

Our Truck Mounted Rotary (TMR) rigs utilize continuous bentonite slurry circulation to stabilize boreholes during drilling. Auger drilling is performed to the required depth while bentonite slurry supports the excavation and carries excavated soil back to a recycling tank. This method ensures bore stability, efficient spoil removal, and high productivity, particularly in loose or soft soil strata.

The DMC Pile Method employs Mendola-type rigs combined with bentonite drilling fluid for safe and efficient pile construction. Surface soil is loosened using a bailer before drilling continues with a percussion chisel. Bentonite slurry stabilizes the bore while transporting excavated material to settling pits. Once the desired depth is achieved, the drilling tools are removed and the final depth is verified before reinforcement and concreting.

This method utilizes tractor-mounted rotary drilling rigs for fast and economical pile boring. Auger drilling is carried out to the required depth, with DMC rods added progressively to achieve deeper penetration through varying soil strata. It is particularly suitable for medium-depth foundation works and offers drilling capacities of up to 16 meters with excellent operational efficiency.

Piling Contractor in Hyderabad – Built for Deccan Rock & Weathered Granite
Piling work in Hyderabad is shaped by one dominant fact: the city sits on the Deccan plateau, where hard rock and weathered granite are often found just a few meters below the surface. That means piling projects in Hyderabad are as much about rock socketing and chiselling as they are about soil boring. If you are looking for a piling contractor in Hyderabad, you need a team that understands both rocky strata execution and modern piling technology. Jalmala Boring Works brings 60+ years of piling experience and ISO 9001:2015 certified processes to every piling project in Hyderabad we take on.
Why Hyderabad Needs Specialized Piling Expertise
Hyderabad's geology is very different from coastal cities like Mumbai or Chennai. The Deccan granite and weathered granite profile means rigs must often chisel through rock before reaching the design toe level. Rock-socketed piles are common — they use both friction along the socket and end bearing at the base to reach higher capacities. Some low-lying areas around Shamshabad and parts of the HITEC City belt also have higher water tables, which adds a bentonite and casing dimension. A piling contractor in Hyderabad who has not worked in these rock-dominant conditions will either over-design and waste money, or under-design and put the structure at risk.
Our Piling & Deep Foundation Services in Hyderabad
As a specialist piling contractor in Hyderabad, we deliver four interconnected deep foundation disciplines. Our piling services use SANY hydraulic piling rigs for high-rise, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects across Hyderabad, including rock-socketed pile execution. Our pile foundation work supports building and industrial structures. Our diaphragm wall construction is trusted for deep basements, metro corridors, and retaining structures. And our ground anchoring systems provide lateral support for slopes, shoring, and excavation support in rocky conditions.
Serving HITEC City, Gachibowli, Financial District & All of Hyderabad
We serve the entire Hyderabad region — including piling projects in HITEC City, Gachibowli, Financial District, Kokapet, Shamshabad, Kukatpally, Miyapur, Kondapur, Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, Uppal, and Secunderabad. Our rigs and teams mobilize quickly across the city, and we coordinate with local consultants and site engineers to keep the programme on track. Whether your project is a high-rise tower in Kokapet, a commercial complex in HITEC City, an industrial facility near Shamshabad, or infrastructure work in Gachibowli, our piling contractor team in Hyderabad is ready to mobilize.
We also work extensively outside Hyderabad — our headquarters is in Ahmedabad, and we have active operations across 20+ Indian states. This gives clients in Hyderabad a partner who can scale with them across multiple sites. When project owners compare piling contractors in Hyderabad, they look for a team that combines local project experience with national execution capability. That is what Jalmala Boring Works delivers.
Safety, Quality, and On-Time Delivery
Hyderabad's rocky strata and variable water table demand disciplined chiselling protocols, bentonite management, and trained site teams. Our piling projects in Hyderabad follow the same ISO 9001:2015 certified processes we use everywhere — third-party inspections, documented safety protocols, and a zero trench collapse record. When you hire Jalmala Boring Works as your piling contractor in Hyderabad, you gain a partner who treats your timeline and your safety standards as commitments, not targets.
