How We Work

Our Piling Methods

We deploy six proven techniques — selected based on soil profile, site constraints, and project requirements.

Hydraulic Rig
01
Hydraulic Rig

We specialize in bored piling with diameters ranging from 200 mm to 2000 mm and depths up to 50 meters. Using advanced hydraulic rotary rigs, we execute piling operations efficiently across a wide range of soil conditions. Our fleet includes high-performance rotary drilling rigs capable of working in restricted headroom areas while delivering precision, stability, and high productivity.

Secant Pile Walls
02
Secant Pile Walls

Secant pile walls are constructed by intersecting reinforced concrete piles to form a continuous retaining structure. Primary piles are installed first, followed by reinforced secondary piles after sufficient curing. This technique provides excellent groundwater control and soil retention, making it ideal for deep excavations, basements, and foundation support in challenging ground conditions.

Manual Auger Method
03
Manual Auger Method

The Manual Auger Method is a reliable piling technique suitable for locations with restricted access or where low noise and vibration are essential. A tripod and manual winch system are used to drill boreholes using a helical auger. This method is commonly employed for pile diameters ranging from 250 mm to 1000 mm and offers an economical solution for smaller foundation projects.

TMR — Water Circulation
04
TMR — Water Circulation

Our Truck Mounted Rotary (TMR) rigs utilize continuous bentonite slurry circulation to stabilize boreholes during drilling. Auger drilling is performed to the required depth while bentonite slurry supports the excavation and carries excavated soil back to a recycling tank. This method ensures bore stability, efficient spoil removal, and high productivity, particularly in loose or soft soil strata.

DMC Pile Method
05
DMC Pile Method

The DMC Pile Method employs Mendola-type rigs combined with bentonite drilling fluid for safe and efficient pile construction. Surface soil is loosened using a bailer before drilling continues with a percussion chisel. Bentonite slurry stabilizes the bore while transporting excavated material to settling pits. Once the desired depth is achieved, the drilling tools are removed and the final depth is verified before reinforcement and concreting.

Tractor Mounted Rotary Rig
06
Tractor Mounted Rotary Rig

This method utilizes tractor-mounted rotary drilling rigs for fast and economical pile boring. Auger drilling is carried out to the required depth, with DMC rods added progressively to achieve deeper penetration through varying soil strata. It is particularly suitable for medium-depth foundation works and offers drilling capacities of up to 16 meters with excellent operational efficiency.

Deep Foundation Services Gujarat – Scope of Work, Testing & Handover Package

When you hire a deep foundation services provider in Gujarat, you are buying more than a pile installation — you are buying a complete service delivery: method statement, testing protocols, documentation, and warranty. The differences between contractors on "what's included" are often more important than the differences in per-meter rates. This page explains exactly what our deep foundation services in Gujarat include, what they exclude, what testing you receive, and what you get at handover. For the "which system should I pick" question, see our deep foundation contractor Gujarat page — this page is about what happens once you have decided on deep foundation.

Scope of Work – What's Included in Our Deep Foundation Services

Standard deep foundation services in Gujarat include the following deliverables: site visit and geotechnical review; method statement and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) preparation; rig mobilization and site setup; pile installation (boring, reinforcement cage, concreting, casing extraction); pile load testing per IS 2911 Part 4; pile integrity testing (PIT on 100% of piles, CHSL where specified); pile head treatment and cut-off; handover documentation; and 12-month defect liability on workmanship. Additional scope items — concrete supply, reinforcement steel, contaminated soil disposal, guide walls — are quoted separately or included based on the specific contract. Our deep foundation service scope for Gujarat projects is documented in detail — no hidden items, no scope gaps at billing stage.

Exclusions – What a Good Proposal Separates

Standard exclusions from deep foundation services in Gujarat are often where the real cost sits: structural steel reinforcement (quoted separately unless specified); pile caps and foundation structural elements above cutoff level; guide walls (quoted as separate item when required); contaminated soil disposal (per pollution control requirements); municipal and statutory permit fees (typically owner responsibility); and groundwater dewatering beyond standard bentonite management. Always confirm the exclusion list in the proposal before signing — this is where cost surprises typically occur. Contractors with transparent exclusion lists (like ours) are more reliable than those whose proposals look clean but hide items in the fine print.

Testing Protocol – The Part Low Bidders Cut

Testing is often the first line item cut by low-bid contractors — but it is the only way to verify that the pile you cannot see actually works. Standard deep foundation testing in Gujarat includes: PIT on 100% of piles (low-strain sonic test — identifies major defects); static load test on 1% of piles (minimum 1 test per project per IS 2911 Part 4); CHSL on critical piles (where specified — most thorough method); concrete cube testing (7-day and 28-day); bentonite slurry testing (density, viscosity, sand content, pH at every shift); and third-party material testing (cement, steel, aggregate). Verify the actual testing scope in the proposal — not just the price. A proposal that excludes testing "to keep costs down" is a proposal that will cost far more in remediation later.

Handover Package – What You Actually Receive

The handover package from our deep foundation services in Gujarat includes: as-built pile layout drawings; pile installation logs (boring depth, cage details, concreting records, casing extraction); bentonite slurry test records from every shift; concrete cube test results (7-day and 28-day); PIT reports for 100% of piles; static load test reports per IS 2911 Part 4 with load-displacement curves; CHSL reports where specified; third-party material certificates (cement, steel, aggregate); handover certificate with defect liability terms; and photographs of pile head treatment at each pile. This documentation is essential for municipal approvals, building permits, and future building modifications. Contractors who do not deliver this at handover have not completed the project — regardless of what the invoice says.

Defect Liability – 12 Months on Workmanship

We provide a 12-month defect liability period on workmanship from the date of project handover — a standard clause in all our deep foundation services contracts in Gujarat. This covers concrete quality issues, pile integrity issues detected within the period, pile head treatment quality, and alignment issues outside design tolerance. Repairs within warranty are made at no cost to the client. The warranty is documented in the contract — not implied. Our warranty has been honoured in practice: past clients have had minor pile head issues repaired within 10 days at our cost. When you sign with us, the 12-month warranty is real, not a formality.

Design-Build vs Build-Only Delivery Models

We offer both delivery models for deep foundation services in Gujarat. Design-build packages include geotechnical review, pile design verification, pile layout optimization, method statement and ITP, execution and testing, and full documentation. This is usually more efficient for projects without a structural consultant already appointed. Build-only packages use the client's structural engineer's design and focus on execution and verification. This is preferred for projects with established design teams. Both are quoted on the same transparent scope framework — no pricing surprises based on which model you choose.

Change Orders – Documented, Not Verbal

Change orders cause 90% of construction disputes. Our process for deep foundation services in Gujarat eliminates this risk: every change starts with a written change request from the client or consultant; follows with a cost and schedule impact assessment from us; requires written approval before execution; and is paid per the contract's variation clause. Verbal change instructions are not executed. Common change triggers in deep foundation: unexpected rock at shallower depth, soil conditions requiring additional casing or deeper pile, design changes from the structural consultant, and additional piles due to layout changes. Documented change orders protect both parties — prevents the disputes that cause long-term project friction.
