How We Work

Our Piling Methods

We deploy six proven techniques — selected based on soil profile, site constraints, and project requirements.

Hydraulic Rig
01
Hydraulic Rig

We specialize in bored piling with diameters ranging from 200 mm to 2000 mm and depths up to 50 meters. Using advanced hydraulic rotary rigs, we execute piling operations efficiently across a wide range of soil conditions. Our fleet includes high-performance rotary drilling rigs capable of working in restricted headroom areas while delivering precision, stability, and high productivity.

Secant Pile Walls
02
Secant Pile Walls

Secant pile walls are constructed by intersecting reinforced concrete piles to form a continuous retaining structure. Primary piles are installed first, followed by reinforced secondary piles after sufficient curing. This technique provides excellent groundwater control and soil retention, making it ideal for deep excavations, basements, and foundation support in challenging ground conditions.

Manual Auger Method
03
Manual Auger Method

The Manual Auger Method is a reliable piling technique suitable for locations with restricted access or where low noise and vibration are essential. A tripod and manual winch system are used to drill boreholes using a helical auger. This method is commonly employed for pile diameters ranging from 250 mm to 1000 mm and offers an economical solution for smaller foundation projects.

TMR — Water Circulation
04
TMR — Water Circulation

Our Truck Mounted Rotary (TMR) rigs utilize continuous bentonite slurry circulation to stabilize boreholes during drilling. Auger drilling is performed to the required depth while bentonite slurry supports the excavation and carries excavated soil back to a recycling tank. This method ensures bore stability, efficient spoil removal, and high productivity, particularly in loose or soft soil strata.

DMC Pile Method
05
DMC Pile Method

The DMC Pile Method employs Mendola-type rigs combined with bentonite drilling fluid for safe and efficient pile construction. Surface soil is loosened using a bailer before drilling continues with a percussion chisel. Bentonite slurry stabilizes the bore while transporting excavated material to settling pits. Once the desired depth is achieved, the drilling tools are removed and the final depth is verified before reinforcement and concreting.

Tractor Mounted Rotary Rig
06
Tractor Mounted Rotary Rig

This method utilizes tractor-mounted rotary drilling rigs for fast and economical pile boring. Auger drilling is carried out to the required depth, with DMC rods added progressively to achieve deeper penetration through varying soil strata. It is particularly suitable for medium-depth foundation works and offers drilling capacities of up to 16 meters with excellent operational efficiency.

Pile Foundation Contractor Vadodara – PSU Vendor Registration for IOCL, GSFC, ONGC & Reliance

This page is for PSU procurement teams, refinery maintenance departments, and EPC contractors evaluating pile foundation contractors in Vadodara for vendor registration, tender pre-qualification, rate contracts, or turnaround support. It is not a general service page — it is a functional overview of what Jalmala Boring Works provides as a PSU vendor, with the documentation, compliance, and safety records that procurement teams need. Vadodara hosts India's largest concentration of PSUs and refinery-scale industrial clients — IOCL Koyali, GSFC, IPCL, ONGC Western Region, Heavy Water Plant, and Reliance — and this page addresses their specific vendor requirements.

PSU Vendor Pre-Qualification Documentation Pack

For PSU vendor registration, Jalmala Boring Works provides a complete PQ documentation pack within 2 business days of request. The pack includes: ISO 9001:2015 certificate with scope of certification and current audit reports; Safety Management System documentation including zero trench collapse record, safe work procedures, and third-party safety audit reports; Equipment Capability Statement with SANY rig specifications and refinery-grade corrosion protection capability; Project Reference List with 5-7 completed refinery-scale projects and client contacts for verification; Financial Statements (audited for last 3 years with turnover and net worth details); Statutory Compliance Documents (GST, PAN, PF, ESI, labor license, provident fund registration); Insurance Certificates (workmen compensation, third-party liability, contractor all-risk); Bank Guarantee Capability confirmation from our bankers; and GeM and PSU Portal Registration details (IOCL e-tender, ONGC e-tender, CPPP).

PSU Vendor Targets — IOCL, GSFC, IPCL, ONGC, Reliance

Jalmala Boring Works is available for vendor registration with Vadodara's major PSU and private industrial clients: IOCL Koyali Refinery (India's largest refinery), GSFC (Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals), IPCL (Indian Petrochemicals Corporation), ONGC Western Region, Heavy Water Plant, and Reliance Industries. Each of these clients has its own vendor registration process, tender portals, and compliance requirements. Our team is familiar with all of them and can register with any combination within 10-15 business days. For refinery-grade work specifically — corrosion-protected piling for sulfur-rich and aggressive soil — our PSU piling team in Vadodara brings experience with the specific quality and documentation requirements of each PSU client.

Refinery Turnaround Piling — Time-Critical Mobilization

Refinery turnaround piling is a specialized discipline that differs from new-construction piling in four ways: time pressure (2-4 week shutdown windows with no slippage tolerance), permit-to-work systems (gas testing, hot-work permits, isolation procedures), parallel work-front coordination (hundreds of concurrent projects on-site), and 24-hour shift coverage when required. Jalmala Boring Works has experience with turnaround conditions at Koyali, Nandesari, and other refinery sites across Gujarat. Our refinery turnaround piling services in Vadodara include rapid mobilization (7-10 working days vs standard 10-15), flexible shift scheduling, and permit-to-work familiarity with the specific procedures of each PSU client.

Rate Contracts for Recurring PSU Piling Needs

Many PSUs and industrial clients in Vadodara have recurring piling needs — expansion projects, equipment retrofits, and turnaround support across multiple units. For these clients, Jalmala Boring Works offers 12-24 month rate contracts with fixed per-cubic-meter or per-pile pricing, priority equipment allocation, and rapid mobilization on each call-off. Rate contracts eliminate the tendering cycle for every small job, save significant procurement time, and give the PSU predictable pricing. Standard rate contracts are reviewed annually with escalation clauses tied to cement, steel, and diesel price indices.

E-Tender and GeM Compliance

PSU piling work increasingly goes through e-tender portals and GeM (Government e-Marketplace). Jalmala Boring Works is registered on GeM and can bid on pile foundation tenders through PSU-specific e-tender portals including IOCL e-tender, ONGC e-tender, and CPPP (Central Public Procurement Portal). We are also familiar with the EMD (Earnest Money Deposit), performance bank guarantee, and bid security requirements that PSUs specify. For PSUs new to us, we complete the registration process within 10-15 business days. Our PSU vendor registration support in Vadodara covers the full process from document preparation to bid submission.

Safety Audits and PSU Compliance

PSU safety audits are more rigorous than general construction audits. Jalmala Boring Works provides: documented safe work procedures for piling operations aligned with refinery-grade expectations; trained and certified operators with current competency certificates; permit-to-work system familiarity including gas testing awareness and isolation procedures; emergency response procedures aligned with client site requirements; lost-time injury statistics for the last 3 years (zero on recent projects); and third-party safety audit reports available for review. For high-risk refinery sites, we adapt our safety management system to align with client site-specific requirements — no compromise on PSU safety standards.
