How We Work

Our Piling Methods

We deploy six proven techniques — selected based on soil profile, site constraints, and project requirements.

Hydraulic Rig
01
Hydraulic Rig

We specialize in bored piling with diameters ranging from 200 mm to 2000 mm and depths up to 50 meters. Using advanced hydraulic rotary rigs, we execute piling operations efficiently across a wide range of soil conditions. Our fleet includes high-performance rotary drilling rigs capable of working in restricted headroom areas while delivering precision, stability, and high productivity.

Secant Pile Walls
02
Secant Pile Walls

Secant pile walls are constructed by intersecting reinforced concrete piles to form a continuous retaining structure. Primary piles are installed first, followed by reinforced secondary piles after sufficient curing. This technique provides excellent groundwater control and soil retention, making it ideal for deep excavations, basements, and foundation support in challenging ground conditions.

Manual Auger Method
03
Manual Auger Method

The Manual Auger Method is a reliable piling technique suitable for locations with restricted access or where low noise and vibration are essential. A tripod and manual winch system are used to drill boreholes using a helical auger. This method is commonly employed for pile diameters ranging from 250 mm to 1000 mm and offers an economical solution for smaller foundation projects.

TMR — Water Circulation
04
TMR — Water Circulation

Our Truck Mounted Rotary (TMR) rigs utilize continuous bentonite slurry circulation to stabilize boreholes during drilling. Auger drilling is performed to the required depth while bentonite slurry supports the excavation and carries excavated soil back to a recycling tank. This method ensures bore stability, efficient spoil removal, and high productivity, particularly in loose or soft soil strata.

DMC Pile Method
05
DMC Pile Method

The DMC Pile Method employs Mendola-type rigs combined with bentonite drilling fluid for safe and efficient pile construction. Surface soil is loosened using a bailer before drilling continues with a percussion chisel. Bentonite slurry stabilizes the bore while transporting excavated material to settling pits. Once the desired depth is achieved, the drilling tools are removed and the final depth is verified before reinforcement and concreting.

Tractor Mounted Rotary Rig
06
Tractor Mounted Rotary Rig

This method utilizes tractor-mounted rotary drilling rigs for fast and economical pile boring. Auger drilling is carried out to the required depth, with DMC rods added progressively to achieve deeper penetration through varying soil strata. It is particularly suitable for medium-depth foundation works and offers drilling capacities of up to 16 meters with excellent operational efficiency.

Piling Contractor Gandhinagar – Sector-Wise Residential Guide & Metro Corridor Expertise

If you are planning a residential piling project in Gandhinagar, the sector you choose determines almost everything about your piling — pile depth, diameter, type, cost, testing, and timeline. Sector 22 (established villa corridor) has a completely different pile profile from Sector 27 (high-rise growth zone). Sargasan (township corridor) requires multi-zone pile design. Raysan (villa-focused) sits in a sweet spot between low-rise simplicity and high-rise capability. Add the Ahmedabad-Gandhinagar Metro corridor running through the city and the Sabarmati riverfront north stretch, and Gandhinagar becomes a city where piling is genuinely sector-specific. This page explains what each sector requires.

Sectors 1-20 — Villa & Low-Rise Apartments (10-15m Piles)

Gandhinagar's original sectors (1-20) are the city's established residential core. Building height restrictions keep most construction at G+4 or lower, making these sectors ideal for villas, row houses, and low-rise apartment projects. Pile requirements are typically 10-15 meters deep with 400-600 mm diameter — often under-reamed for the black cotton soil that underlies these sectors. Load per pile is 50-150 tonnes. Testing is proportionate: sample PIT + 1 static load test per project. Our villa piling services in Sectors 1-20 optimize for the black cotton conditions and the strict urban design controls of these historic sectors.

Sectors 21-25 — Transition Zone (15-20m Piles)

The transition sectors (21-25) bridge Gandhinagar's low-rise core and high-rise corridors. Building heights allow G+8 construction, creating demand for mid-rise apartments. Pile requirements are typically 15-20 meters deep with 600-800 mm diameter. Soil conditions transition from black cotton to alluvial to weathered rock at variable depths — requiring site-specific geotechnical investigation for each project. Load per pile is 150-400 tonnes. Testing: 100% PIT + 1% static load. Our transition sector piling addresses the variability with per-site design, avoiding the common mistake of applying single-sector assumptions to these mixed corridors.

Sectors 26-30 — High-Rise Growth Corridor (20-30m Piles)

Sectors 26-30 form Gandhinagar's high-rise residential corridor, allowing G+10 to G+15 apartment towers. Pile requirements are typically 20-30 meters deep with 800-1,000 mm diameter, load capacity 300-800 tonnes per pile. Where weathered rock is encountered at 8-15 meter depth, rock-socketed piles may be specified. Testing: 100% PIT + 1% static load + lateral load test on 1% sample per IS 2911. Our high-rise piling in Sectors 26-30 includes structural consultant coordination, tower crane foundation planning, and metro-corridor proximity management for projects near the metro alignment.

Sargasan, Kudasan, Raysan — Growth Corridors

Gandhinagar's growth corridors offer distinct residential opportunities. Sargasan is the fastest-growing high-rise corridor with G+12 to G+18 apartment projects and township developments — pile requirements are 20-30 meters deep, and multi-zone township plots (5-20 acres) often require zone-specific pile design based on variable soil. Kudasan is mixed G+8 to G+15 with 15-25 meter pile requirements. Raysan is villa-focused with G+4 to G+8 buildings and 10-18 meter pile requirements — a quieter but growing option for low-density projects. Our growth corridor piling services in Sargasan, Kudasan, and Raysan handle the multi-zone and variable-soil conditions these areas present.

Ahmedabad-Gandhinagar Metro Corridor Piling

The Ahmedabad-Gandhinagar Metro extension runs through Gandhinagar along the SG Highway into Sector 21 (metro depot). Piling projects within 200 meters of the metro corridor require: coordination with metro construction authorities, vibration monitoring to protect metro piers, potential design adjustments where pile groups overlap metro influence zones, and traffic/access coordination during piling. The corridor also creates its own piling demand — elevated viaduct piers (typically 1,500-2,000 mm diameter, 25-35 meter depth), station boxes (diaphragm walls and deep piles), and depot infrastructure. Our metro corridor team handles both metro-adjacent residential piling and metro-adjacent infrastructure piling.

Sabarmati Riverfront North Piling

The Sabarmati riverfront north stretch extends riverfront development into the Gandhinagar region, creating demand for river-adjacent piling — riverfront promenades, infrastructure, and adjacent residential/commercial real estate. River-adjacent piling requires handling high water table conditions and seasonal river level variation (typically 2-4 meter variation between monsoon and dry season). Pile design must account for both water table regimes, and drilling during monsoon requires more robust casing and bentonite management. For projects within 500 meters of the Sabarmati, we recommend water table monitoring during geotechnical investigation and river-adjacent specific design.
